In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Novus DNA Ltd, and “you” refers to the customer placing an order through our website.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

A legally binding contract between you and Novus DNA Ltd is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to dispatch, including where payment cannot be authorised, there is an error in pricing or product information, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast dispatch. Once an order has entered processing, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Delivery details, timeframes, and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, which are sealed consumable goods, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed consumable goods cannot be returned once unsealed.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempt sealed goods from the right to cancel once unsealed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & USE

All Novus DNA products are sold as food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be limited by law.

Subject to this, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, supply chain disruption, strikes, natural events, or acts of government.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and import regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
