Cancellation policy
This Subscription Policy explains how Novus DNA subscriptions work, how payments are taken, and how you can manage or cancel your subscription. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What is a Subscription?
When you choose a subscription product from Novus DNA, you agree to receive your selected product on a recurring basis at your chosen delivery frequency (for example, every 30 days). Subscriptions may be offered at a discounted price compared to a one-time purchase.
2. Billing & Payments
Your first payment is taken at the time you place your subscription order. Subsequent payments will be taken automatically at the agreed frequency using the payment method provided at checkout. You authorise Novus DNA to charge your payment method for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account or contacting our customer support team. You may change delivery frequency, update payment details, pause or skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
5. Changes to Subscriptions
You may update or modify your subscription before your next billing date. Changes made after processing will apply to the following delivery. Novus DNA reserves the right to update subscription pricing with prior notice.
6. Returns & Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same Returns & Refunds Policy as one-time purchases. Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect products.
7. International Subscriptions
Customers ordering outside the UK are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported. Novus DNA is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or seized shipments.
