UK RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, which are sealed consumable goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed consumable goods cannot be returned once unsealed.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempt sealed goods from the right to cancel once unsealed.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local laws and import regulations. Items refused, seized, or delayed by customs authorities are not considered faulty and are not eligible for refund.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or as soon as reasonably possible, quoting your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging to help us assess the issue more quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed using the original payment method and within a reasonable timeframe once the issue has been confirmed.
