About NovusDNA At Novus DNA we believe longevity begins with quality, integrity and absolute transparency.
Why I Founded Novus DNA
I founded Novus DNA because I could see a growing gap between modern performance demands and human biology.
People today are not failing because they lack discipline or ambition. They are often operating in systems — nutritional, hormonal, neurological, and environmental — that are quietly depleted. Over time, this shows up as reduced energy, slower recovery, brain fog, compromised immunity, and accelerated ageing.
Novus DNA was created to address this gap in a grounded, science-led way.
The brand is built on the principle that longevity and performance are not about constant optimisation, but about supporting the body’s innate intelligence so it can do what it was designed to do — adapt, repair, and sustain output over time.
The name Novus DNA reflects this philosophy. Novus means new, not in the sense of becoming someone else, but in restoring and supporting core biological function. DNA represents the body’s built-in intelligence — the systems that govern energy production, recovery, cognition, and resilience.
Our products are designed to support these systems at a foundational level, integrating evidence-based nutrition, cellular health, and longevity science. They are not quick fixes or stimulants, but tools that work with the body rather than against it.
Novus DNA sits at the intersection of mental performance and physical health because the two are inseparable. Clear thinking, emotional regulation, metabolic health, and long-term vitality are part of the same system.
At its core, Novus DNA exists to help people:
- Maintain energy under pressure
- Recover more efficiently
- Protect long-term health
- Perform consistently without burnout
- That is what sustainable longevity really means.
Ella McCrystal
Ella McCrystal is a psychotherapist, clinic director, author, and speaker, and the founder of Novus DNA.
Her work brings together neuroscience, psychology, human physiology, and performance science, with a clear focus on how people can function, recover, and thrive in demanding modern environments. She is known for translating complex scientific and clinical concepts into practical, grounded principles that people can actually use in daily life.
Ella’s professional background is rooted in clinical practice, where she spent years working closely with individuals experiencing stress-related symptoms, burnout, cognitive fatigue, emotional dysregulation, and health challenges that did not respond to surface-level solutions. Over time, her focus evolved from treating symptoms to understanding the underlying systems that drive energy, resilience, decision-making, and long-term health.
A consistent pattern emerged in her work: people often knew what they should be doing, but their bodies and biology were not supporting sustained change. This led her to explore how the nervous system, metabolism, cognition, and cellular health interact — and how modern lifestyles quietly disrupt these systems over time.
From this perspective, Ella developed The Neurolectrics Method, a framework centred on recalibration rather than force — supporting the body and mind to operate more efficiently instead of pushing harder against fatigue, stress, or decline.
Her work is characterised by clarity, precision, and practicality. It does not rely on extremes or hype, but on restoring balance, adaptability, and internal stability so that people can perform better, recover faster, and age more intelligently.
