Ella McCrystal is the Clinical Lead and Educator at Novus DNA, responsible for guiding the clinical direction and supporting the educational framework of the brand.

Her role is to ensure that the principles behind Novus are grounded in how the body actually functions, and that complex concepts are translated into clear, practical understanding.

Her background is in clinical practice, working with individuals experiencing burnout, cognitive fatigue, emotional dysregulation, and chronic stress.

Through this work, a consistent pattern emerged:

  • Energy systems were depleted
  • Stress responses were dysregulated
  • Recovery was compromised
