Novus DNA Ltd delivers worldwide, including the United Kingdom and international destinations. Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring products comply with local laws and import regulations.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast dispatch. Once an order has entered processing, it may not be possible to amend or cancel it.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging to help us assess the issue more quickly.

Replacements or refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
